EOA Technologies is proud to be an approved Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge provider, helping transitioning service members gain valuable civilian experience while preparing for the next chapter of their careers.
What Is SkillBridge?
The DoW SkillBridge Program connects active-duty service members with approved industry organizations for civilian training, internships, and other real-world work experiences during the final 180 days of military service.
Eligible service members may be authorized to participate in SkillBridge for up to 180 days with approval from their chain of command. During the program, participants continue receiving their military compensation and benefits while the participating organization provides the training and industry experience.
The goal is straightforward: help bridge the gap between military service and a successful civilian career.
Rather than waiting until separation to begin gaining industry experience, SkillBridge gives service members an opportunity to work alongside civilian professionals, apply their existing capabilities, develop new ones, and gain a better understanding of potential career paths before leaving active duty.
SkillBridge at EOA Technologies

Structured Cabling and Data Center Infrastructure
Gain practical experience supporting the physical infrastructure behind secure, reliable enterprise technology environments.
SCIF Infrastructure and Management
Apply your experience within highly controlled, mission-critical environments supporting secure facilities and operations.
Enterprise IT Architecture
Work alongside experienced technology professionals supporting systems, networks, infrastructure, security, and enterprise technology solutions.
For service members coming from technical military occupational specialties, many of these environments may already feel familiar. For others, SkillBridge can provide an opportunity to translate military experience into a new technical discipline.
Your Military Experience Is An Asset
Military service develops capabilities that extend well beyond a specific MOS, rating, AFSC, or specialty.
Leadership. Accountability. Adaptability. Teamwork. Technical proficiency. The ability to solve problems under pressure and accomplish the mission.
These qualities have tremendous value in the civilian workforce, particularly in the defense, intelligence, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise technology communities EOA serves.
Our goal is not to ask transitioning service members to leave that experience behind. We want to help build on it.
